Still Thinking, What is the best time of the day to exercise?
This is an important question that many people are still asking. Many people want to know this so they can follow their own time schedule when exercising. For some people, exercising on the weekends is a good idea. But what about other people? Some people, like me, work nights, so we don’t have a whole lot of time during the week to exercise.
So, how do we get around this time issue? One answer that I was thinking about recently is that it doesn’t really matter which time you exercise during the day; you just need to keep a good level of intensity. Once you reach a certain intensity level, then you should stop. This might sound simple, but the thing is that this is very hard to do.
So, what is the best time to exercise? When I use my treadmill as an example, I need to start and stop my treadmill when I get ready for work. Then, I need to start it again when I get home. So, at the end of the day, I try to get about five or six hours of quality exercise. So, if I had my treadmill set to go on all day, then it might be good to start it when I first get home and go through the same routine as I have been doing. After that, I’d stop it when I get ready for work. That way, I wouldn’t be doing two workouts in one day.
